Karin Binder works as a coach and trainer specialising in communication for more than ten years. In presentations, publications or press releases she is able to put complex contents into structures that are easy to understand. Also new media such as websites or newsletters benefit from her pyramid structures.
She had previously worked as an editor with Roland Berger Strategy Consultants – a leading European top-management consultancy. Together with the consultants she developed presentations and strategies for communicating project results to clients. It was her task to ensure that the presentations came across convincingly. Among other things, she has developed and carried out seminars in structuring and presentation techniques for consultants and external customers.
Karin studied German, English, cultural studies and international economics in London, Tübingen, Charlottesville and Washington. Her professional career started at BHF-Bank in Frankfurt, where her job was to comment on economic developments.
Axel Schoof has been working as a coach and trainer in structured projects and communication for more than ten years. He specialises in project procedures and convincing presentations. He trains people, facilitates workshops, coaches project managers or teams and, if required, also manages highly complex projects.
For the first four years of his professional career, Axel worked as consultant and project manager at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants – a leading European top-management consultancy. With experience gained from more than twenty different projects in different industries he became an all-rounder with a broad range of methodological knowledge. While in international deployment, he also became familiar with modern project management tools – and how to apply them correctly. In 2000 he became self-employed started with projectservices.
Axel graduated from a combined study programme in business administration in Stuttgart, Germany, after which he studied International Management at the ESCP-EAP European School of Management in Oxford, Madrid and Paris.
